Steam hoses, like ordinary industrial hoses, are composed of inner rubber, outer rubber and an intermediate layer.
Steam rubber hose wrapped with braided steel wire and water-wrapped tape
The commonly used inner and outer rubber materials are made of EPDM materials with excellent heat resistance, steam resistance, ozone UV resistance and chemical resistance, and are wrapped with outer glue tape. The middle layer is generally braided wire or braided steel wire to enhance the pressure-bearing range of the rubber hose.
