Steam Rubber Hose

Steam rubber hose, also known as steam flexible hose. It is used for cooling water in refrigeration equipment, hot and cold water in engines, hot water and saturated steam in food processing, especially in dairy factories, and can resist dilute (low concentration) acids and alkalis.
Steam hoses, like ordinary industrial hoses, are composed of inner rubber, outer rubber and an intermediate layer.
The steam rubber hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, multiple layers of fabric-reinforced winding layers and an outer rubber layer. The fabric-reinforced suction hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, multiple layers of fabric-reinforced winding layers, a spiral steel wire reinforcing layer and an outer rubber layer. It is mainly composed of an inner rubber layer resistant to liquids, a middle rubber layer, 2 or 4 or 6 layers of steel wire wound reinforcing layers, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer has the function of enabling the conveyed medium to withstand pressure and protecting the steel wire from erosion. The outer rubber layer protects the steel wire from damage. The steel wire (φ0.3- 2.0 reinforcing steel wire) layer serves as the skeleton material and plays a reinforcing role.
Both the inner and outer rubber layers of the rubber hose are made of synthetic rubber with excellent heat resistance. The hose body features softness, lightness, good flexibility and high heat resistance.
Rubber hoses have the advantages of small outer diameter tolerance, excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, light weight, soft tube body and long service life. The small burst pressure of the rubber hose is four times the working pressure.
It is used for conveying saturated steam or superheated water at 165℃ to 220℃, and is suitable for use as flexible pipelines in hot pressing equipment such as steam cleaners, steam hammers, flat vulcanizing machines and injection molding machines.
